Elderbridge asks Wright County for $12,900 as demand rises and county funding falls

Sandra Jackson provided the board an annual update on Elderbridge's services and finances in Wright County. Jackson said demand for services remains high while county funding is declining. She told the board that "Elderbridge provided $70.57 of services to seniors in Wright County for every $1 of county funds they received," and that "Last year, Elderbridge spent $223,531 in Wright County with the 12,713 county funds they received." Jackson asked the board to consider a $12,900 appropriation for fiscal year 2026'27 and said that request would be considered during the county's budget discussions.
