- Acceptance of R and R Insurance (League of Wisconsin insurance program) and non-renewal of Horton Group renewal: After a presentation comparing pricing, coverage and services, the board voted to accept the R and R Insurance proposal and allow the Horton Group renewal to lapse. The presenter said the proposed policy would reduce the village premium by roughly 23% (about $18,000).
- Accounts payable: The clerk stated checks to be signed and approved totaled $104,846.13; a motion was then made to pay bills in the amount of $112,046.13. The board moved, seconded and approved payment by voice vote.
