During December sessions, the Board of County Commissioners approved a set of routine and substantive actions. Key items approved include:

• Approval of meeting minutes and claims and the routine consent agenda (items 7–14).

• Appointments: Charles Dodson named as an alternate to the handbook committee; Donna Jackson reappointed to the Oklahoma County Retirement Board; Treasurer Butch Freeman nominated to Midwest City's Local Development Act review committee.

• Planning approvals: Final plat for Orchard Hills Phase 1 (33 lots on 69 acres) and a lot split off Southeast 15th and Dobbs were approved after planning staff reported inspections and bonds were in place.

• Contracts and agreements: Dell Financial Services lease for replacement IT equipment; an annual resale auctioneer contract (second year); a fire equipment agreement with the Town of Arcadia; auditing contract between DWG and the PBA for the fiscal year ended 06/30/2025; and a Neighborhood Alliance facility use item contingent on a certificate of liability insurance.

Most items were approved by motion and voice vote; roll-call 'Aye' votes were recorded for several motions. The board recessed for executive session during one agenda and returned to approve property disclaimers subject to unpaid taxes for items 29 and 30. No citizen participation was recorded on these items.
