Board members had no substantive objections and moved quickly to a vote after the public comment. Speaker 4 moved approval, Speaker 7 seconded, and the motion carried by voice vote.
The approval resolves the immediate nonconforming status for the parcel; any future subdivision or additional density would require separate applications and additional review.
