After a brief exchange, a commissioner moved to approve the agreement as drafted and enter the construction contract; the motion was seconded and passed on a voice vote. Commissioners directed staff to confirm final survey and BLM concurrence, and to return any substantive contract edits for follow‑up prior to implementation.
The county will now proceed with finalizing the contract and coordinating any necessary federal land approvals. The contract and the accompanying budget package remain subject to the county’s purchasing and grant‑management requirements.
