Larimer County planning commissioners approve Nov. minutes and two consent items

Commissioner Adam Eggleston moved to approve the November minutes; the motion was seconded (the transcript does not identify who seconded) and passed in a roll-call vote. Chair Chollet announced the tally after John Slutsky recorded an abstention; all other commissioners voting on the record voted yes.
Principal planner Cassidy Fiore had told the commission earlier that there were two items on the consent agenda and no items on the discussion agenda. The consent agenda that commissioners approved listed the Menard conservation development (file 23-LAND-4385) and the Shankar short-term rental (file 25-ZONE-3778). No member of the public asked to pull either item for separate presentation or comment, and staff offered no reports.
Adam Eggleston formally moved to approve the two consent items; a roll-call vote recorded the motion as passed with all recorded votes in favor. The commission took no additional action on either application during the meeting.
"There are 2 items on the consent agenda tonight and no items on the discussion agenda," Cassidy Fiore said at the start of the meeting, summarizing the agenda for attendees. After the votes, Chair Chollet closed the meeting and wished attendees happy holidays.
The commission adjourned with no further business scheduled.
