Cape Coral promotes holiday events, Oktoberfest and boat parade during TDC public comments

Anderson said Cape Coral’s Oktoberfest drew an estimated 15,000–16,000 attendees over two weekends and noted other successful seasonal programming — trunk-or-treat and a drone show (about 4,000 attendees) and a Veterans Parade (about 5,000). She previewed upcoming attractions: a holiday boat parade at Four Freedoms Park on Dec. 20, New Year’s Eve celebrations with family and midnight ball drops on Dec. 31, and the 40th annual arts festival on Jan. 10–11.
Anderson asked council members to share event details with their networks and closed by wishing everyone happy holidays.
