Mills County supervisors approve consent agenda, two liquor licenses and construction evaluation resolution

Mills County supervisors approved routine business and a construction-evaluation resolution during their Dec. 16 meeting.

Supervisor (Speaker 4) moved and Supervisor (Speaker 2) seconded approval of the consent agenda, which included minutes from the Dec. 16, 2025 meeting and accounts payable. The board voted 'Aye' and the motion carried.

The board then approved two liquor-license items: a change of ownership for Luvs and a five-day special-event license for the Mineo Community Center (Toby Jackson). Supervisor (Speaker 4) moved the licenses and Supervisor (Speaker 2) seconded; the board voted 'Aye' and carried the motion.

Supervisor (Speaker 4) also moved to adopt Resolution 25-44-2026, referred to in discussion as the construction evaluation or 'master matrix.' After brief remarks and a roll call, the supervisors recorded 'Yes' votes and the resolution carried.
