Board approves Toys for Tots storage at Heritage Center; custodial and maintenance updates given

Custodian Dave Gormen briefed the board on building maintenance, noting that State Electric will perform interior work on the second floor and that exterior grounds work is scheduled later in the week. Gormen also discussed arrangements to keep tractors and equipment available for ambulance shed and driveway needs and confirmed plans for the Veterans Day event.
Motion by Travis, second by Isaac to approve the storage agreement for Toys for Tots (with Johnson County mentioned in the motion text) passed by roll call 4-0 with Scott absent. Staff discussed key handoff procedures and the chair agreed to sign the agreement when paperwork is ready.
