No council member pulled any item for separate discussion. The mayor called for a motion to approve; a councilmember moved and the council approved the consent agenda by voice vote.
What happens next: Items will proceed to implementation as directed by staff and specified agreements; the shared-ride taxi grant application will be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for consideration in the 2026 cycle.
