School committee approves consent agenda, including $1,800 Winchester Foundation grant

The motion to approve the consent agenda was moved and seconded, and the chair called the roll: Hopcroft (aye), Nixon (aye), Dr. Matthews (aye) and the chair (aye). The chair recorded the vote as unanimous, 4'00.
