"The November month end balance for the village accounts, $5,497,990.03," Trustee Kraus said, adding the commission account balance of $481,053.04 and a combined balance of $5,979,043.07. Kraus also reported the general fund balance at $1,813,917.97 and that commission and non-AT payments totaled $510,101.51; payroll included funding for EMA and the trustees.
The board moved and seconded a motion to approve the list of bills and the payroll; a roll-call vote on the motion was recorded as unanimous yes. The approved list covers routine operating costs and payroll for the village and associated commissions.
The approval closes out the items presented by the finance and administration committee for November. No additional funding allocations or amendments were made during the vote.
