Woodbury County opened a public hearing on the sale of a county parcel ending in 7001 and set a minimum bid of $30,177. After opening the hearing and receiving no public objections, the board accepted competitive bids at the meeting.

Dustin Berg announced an opening bid at the minimum and Robert Baker placed successive bids that led to a final high bid of $50,000. A board member moved that the property be sold to Baker for $50,000; the motion was seconded by Supervisor Nelson and approved by the board 5-0.

The board directed administration to complete the sale paperwork and process the transfer of the parcel to the buyer.
