Erica, the county treasurer, presented the October treasurer's report (available to commissioners on the shared drive) and reported department requests for appropriation transfers, including a federal asset forfeiture request for the sheriff and a transient tax transfer of $26,965.35. The court approved the appropriation transfers and voted to pay the bills.
Other routine procedural actions included approving the Dec. 2 meeting minutes and updating the signing agent on a TVA applicant disclosure form from the prior judge to the current signing authority; the court approved that change.
