He described the rear of the property as having a drainage ditch and no septic service.
Board members asked follow-up questions about drainage, ditch maintenance and side setbacks. After the board opened and closed public comment with no speakers, the transcript records a motion to approve the variance (recorded as a motion by Mr. Jake Jofreon with a second by Mr. Willie Robinson). The board voted in favor and the chair declared the motion passed.
