Commissioners also raised that the property lies in a flood zone; one commissioner said: "Encouraging commercial development in a flood zone is not something I'm very fond of." After discussion about alternative zoning and the need for a separate application to propose a different zoning classification, the applicant asked to pull the item; no formal recommendation was made and the item will require a new application if the applicant pursues a different zoning classification.
