Board approves drug-court cooperative agreement, bridge contract award, grant acceptances and several transfers

- Grants and transfers: The board accepted six child safety seats from the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety; approved a $60,709.47 transfer from the ditch debt fund (Fund 41) to the general fund to repay ditch-improvement loans as assessments were received; and approved two riparian cover-crop contracts (RF 2025‑1 and RF 2025‑2) totaling $6,264.
