Charlotte Duncan told the board the company anticipates about $4.5 million in building expansion and $2.5 million in machinery; the proposed incentive was estimated at $25,799 and would be limited to 65% of the ad valorem taxes generated by the improvements. A motion to approve the grant and authorize the county manager and county attorney to finalize an incentive agreement was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
