Dunn County commissioners approve year-end transfers, appointments and routine payments

The JDA board appointments submitted by the JDA were also approved.
- Property and service items: The board approved transferring a retired sheriff's vehicle to the Kilder Area Ambulance for use as a quick-response unit; approved Cord Energy's request for a section-line approval without pad expansion; rescinded the county burn restriction with the requirement that controlled burns still be reported to the local fire chief; and renewed the annual $2,500 contribution toward operation of the Bowman radar service.
