Staff recommended approval because the proposed septic installation conforms with agency rules. The motion to approve was made by Luisa and seconded by Springfield; the board approved by voice vote (6–0).
The board moved into executive session to discuss a legal matter on a motion by LaVista with a second by Bellevue, recessing to the conference room for a restricted discussion and later returning to the regular session by motion of Grama, seconded by Springfield.
