The board approved reappointment of Jill Withy to the CATA board of directors for a five-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, after a county representative said the recruitment included social-media postings and legal notices and called her "the strongest candidate." Commissioners also approved three-year terms running 2026–2028 for Mark Ross (Benson Memorial Library), Fritz Plecker (Meadville Public Library) and Carol Thum (Cambridge Springs Public Library).
