Luzerne County Council approved multiple ordinances and resolutions in its voting session, adopting amendments to the county capital plan and to the 2025 fiscal-year budget and authorizing contracts and intergovernmental agreements.
The council voted to adopt an ordinance amending the county capital plan budget and a separate ordinance amending the 2025 fiscal-year budget for Luzerne County (LCCYF). Both items were moved, seconded and carried by roll call with all present members voting in the affirmative. Council recorded the results as unanimous.
