"We're asking this court to recognize the diligent effort of Mister Ogden all these years," counsel said, arguing the guardian has not been paid for work and out-of-pocket expenses since becoming guardian around 2016. Counsel added that account documentation (an ARC—Texas pooled master trust statement) and a Jubilee Group Home report were available and would be filed that day.
On the record, the judge approved the sale order conditionally: the court will finalize disbursement once the updated annual report and account documentation are received by the clerk.
