Commissioners approve amended IT contract and ratify Nov. 25 minutes

The vendor discussed steps to reduce discretionary hours once systems stabilize and said pricing after year one would depend on county needs and any new equipment or buildings. The vendor also said it had included firewall and other protections to reduce cybersecurity risk.
After discussion about point-of-contact arrangements and monthly costs, the presiding official moved to "discuss and act on approval amendment contract for IT." The court approved the amendment by voice vote — the presiding official called for "All in favor?" and recorded "Aye." The vendor representatives said they planned to begin work in January with implementation steps in February.
Earlier in the meeting the court read and approved the Nov. 25, 2025 regular session minutes by voice vote. Personnel action forms were also reviewed later in the agenda; one personnel item was recorded as a no‑show but no contested personnel action was recorded in open session.
