"On April 16 this year, they forged… Holly m Kirby," the commenter said while asking that his filing be included in the minutes.
Chairman Shannon Hesler interrupted to note that the county attorney was not present and said "It is a legal matter now. I'm not gonna get any comment." No county official provided a substantive response to the allegations during the meeting, and the chair declined further discussion. The county attorney was absent from the meeting and no formal county response was given.
The claims were made during the public-comment period; they were not tested or substantiated on the record at the meeting. Commissioners did not take official action related to the allegations during the session.
