County counsel offered to review the amendment and restatement on behalf of the county. The board agreed to bring the item back next month after legal and financial clarifications and outreach to the provider.
No final approval or financial adjustments were made at the meeting. A separate appropriation to cover a $13,952 invoice to the Community Services Board was approved later in the meeting as a routine reappropriation for prior‑year billing.
