Several board members asked that Dr. Boyd (school staff responsible for the procurement scope) be present at the next meeting to answer detailed questions.
After discussion, the board voted to defer Action Item 11-09 to the next meeting and instructed staff to return the item with a presentation suitable for a vote and to include requested documents and responses to board questions.
