County reads bids for snowplow cutting edges; Bulk Manufacturing lowest recorded delivered price

Kerr read Bulk Manufacturing's entry for Item A (code 7362992) and recorded a delivered cost for cover blades of $15,008.30 and a signed non-collusion page. She also read a bid from Shamunk Supply listing item codes and confirmed the non-collusion certification.
During the opening Kerr noted a bid from Northern Supply that arrived post-submission but was postmarked before the bid date; she said the county is "obligated to take this" because of the postmark and read the item code and total price information as listed in the submission. No formal award or contract decision was made during the opening; purchasing staff said they will review bids and contact vendors.
