FERNLEY — Mark 4 Capital told the Lyon County Board of County Commissioners on Nov. 20 that its Victory Logistics District (the Way project) now totals roughly 4,700 acres and includes recent land sales, planned community services and major infrastructure needs.
Scott Barnes, vice president of entitlement for Mark 4 Capital, said the company bought roughly 4,300 acres in 2019 and has since increased its holdings to about 4,700 acres. "We sold about 300 acres to Microsoft last spring," Barnes said.
Barnes described the project as a large‑scale industrial and mixed-use development that already includes four buildings totaling about 2,000,000 square feet.
