County preapproves use of probation office by counseling provider with $250 monthly donation

Siggers said sessions could include up to about 12 people and clients may come from surrounding counties if ICC runs a group session.
Board members moved to preapprove the arrangement in case ICC chooses Fayette County; the motion (mover Tracy, second Dale) passed by voice vote. Officials noted the agreement is contingent on ICC deciding whether to locate in Connersville or Richmond and that ICC would notify county staff when a final decision is made.
