Commissioners agreed to set an additional public hearing before the board for the second meeting in December and allotted a 20-minute slot; the motion to set the hearing passed with a vote recorded as "Aye." Staff said they will advertise the hearing and circulate materials including survey information and correspondence from affected owners.
