Commissioners debate county vehicle use, training requirement and road maintenance

During the meeting, commissioners raised multiple operational and policy concerns including county vehicle use, proposed mandatory training for elected officials and local road maintenance standards.

Speaker 3 said residents had complained about county highway trucks being used on weekends and for personal travel to, for example, child soccer games, and said 'that's not what the purpose of those vehicles were for.'
