DeKalb County Drainage Board approves minutes, attorney claims and several plats

The board approved the Nov. 20, 2025 meeting minutes on a voice vote after a motion and second. It then approved attorney claims for December totaling $1,295; the motion carried on a voice vote.
Surveyor's office representative Angie presented plats and replats. The board granted a favorable recommendation and approved the replat of Baron Estates Lot 3 on County Road 57 in Spencerville and the replat of Strong Subdivision Section 2 (Lots 2 and 3) on County Roads 68 and 45. The board also approved the plat for Jay Acres Minor Subdivision on County Road 71 in Saint Joe; meeting discussion included the parcel size and confirmation of the surveyor's recommendation.
All those measures were approved by voice votes recorded in the transcript; the board did not record roll-call tallies.
