Lauren Galmetti, introduced in the record as speaking on behalf of Bit Energy Illinois 6 LLC, told the board the project team documented a year of diligence beginning March 2024, presented expert testimony at a March rehearing and accepted two additional conditions recommended by the county Wind and Solar Committee to address mine and aquifer concerns. "Pivot takes great care to identify and evaluate potential risks to ensure a safe long term operating asset," Galmetti said.
