A separate bid from Tyler Technologies was listed on the agenda. Commissioners moved to accept the packages for the assessor’s review and asked Coleman to bring a comparison sheet showing how each vendor scored at the next commissioner meeting; the motion carried on a voice vote recorded as three ayes.
Next steps: the assessor will review submitted packages to ensure they meet specifications and return a scored recommendation so the board can consider award of the contract.
