He said the design team is meeting regularly and that staff aim to "present a plan...next month" with cost estimates so the board can decide whether to move forward.
Ludland also reported the Epping Springbrook Dam project timeline was included in the packet and that the team is advancing that project. For the Little Egypt (Lisonbee) project, he said staff met with JE Dunn and AGL and received initial pricing estimates; staff are compiling feedback for the architect and hope to advance a plan to the regional level before March. The stated objective is to begin construction in 2027 if approvals proceed.
The board received the updates as informational; staff were directed to return with more detailed plans and pricing at a future meeting for budgetary consideration.
