Beaufort County’s bulletin said county offices will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1, in observation of New Year’s Day. Convenience centers will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 31 and Thursday, Jan. 1 and will resume normal operating hours on Friday, Jan. 2, according to host Kevin Libby.

The bulletin said operations at Hilton Head Island Airport will continue during the holiday and that Beaufort Executive Airport will operate on a modified schedule with self-serve aviation gasoline available. "Beaufort County Emergency Services and law enforcement personnel will remain on duty," Libby added, and listeners were directed to the county press release page at beaufortcountysc.gov/news for more information.
