A commissioner asked whether the document was the right possession and staff confirmed the prosecutor’s office reviewed the agreement and returned it after packet publication.
The board took no formal action during the briefing; staff said they sought guidance from the board and, if the board desired to proceed, staff would “paper up something” to document the change.
