Hortonville council adopts mobile food vendor ordinance on second reading

The presiding official told the council the ordinance had passed first reading unanimously and that two minor edits had been incorporated into the version before the council.

The presiding official asked for a motion to adopt the ordinance on second reading. After a motion and a second, the council conducted a roll call vote in which Councilman Williams, Councilwoman Bates, Councilwoman Pierce, Councilman Robinson and Councilman Smith each recorded votes in favor; the presiding official declared the motion carried.
