Essex County supervisors approve behavioral health performance contract and reappoint regional representatives

The board also approved its consent agenda earlier in the meeting and announced upcoming county closures and meeting dates, including closure for Veterans Day and Thanksgiving and a December work session and regular meeting on Dec. 9.
