Other public comments and board discussion raised long‑running concerns about enforcement of local ordinances on junk vehicles and trash, and asked staff to pursue stronger penalties and cleanup from property owners and utilities where hazards or debris persist. Board members asked staff to check on Dominion property cleanup at a substation site and to explore options for surplus county vehicles (including sealed bids, donation or repurposing for training).
