Judy Kane Oliver of the Powhatan Parks and Recreation Advisory Council invited residents to related events, including a parade the following day and a Holiday Bazaar at the Landmark Center next Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. Bill Donati, chairman of the Powhatan County Board of Supervisors, closed the video with a personal reflection on generosity and community and extended holiday wishes to residents.
