At their Dec. 23 meeting, Kosciusko County commissioners approved several routine contracts and a vehicle purchase.

Benjamin McGrath asked for approval of a legal-services contract with Scott Royce to provide services for reentry court; commissioners confirmed the arrangement is funded with grant dollars and approved the contract by voice vote.

The board also approved the annual planning commission attorney contract with Pam Turner and two attorney agreements (for the auditor and redevelopment commission) with Adam Turner after county attorney review.

Steve Moriarty requested and received approval to buy a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 from McCormick Motors for $62,400; he said department budget funding was available to cover the purchase.

Each item was approved by motion and voice vote. No further debate or public comment on these items was recorded.
