Seneca County approves supplemental transfers, vehicle disposals and lease for downtown parking

County staff outlined supplemental items including a general fund transfer out of $501,650.91 (with $1,650 to correct a negative balance and $500,000 to be moved to budget stabilization and capital improvements), a $125,516.82 transfer out of the county sales tax fund to correct a negative, and a previously approved $250,000 child services shared-cost transfer.
