County agrees to join six-county EPA brownfields assessment coalition

Commissioners voted to be a coalition partner; the motion passed unanimously. Judd said IRPC will follow up with any required signatures and outreach to help identify potential assessment sites, including historic properties, old gas stations or publicly owned properties that may warrant preliminary testing.
