Public Health presented Intergovernmental Agreement #186907 with the Oregon Health Authority for reproductive health modernization and infrastructure funding of $101,044 (effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027). Staff outlined eligible uses including staff training, clinical equipment, electronic health records and interpretation services; the board authorized the department director (Little) to sign.
Finance also brought two supplemental budget resolutions. Item 14.1 adjusted internal services and transferred funds to finance and HR to cover a retirement payout and additional software subscriptions; staff described reductions/transfers totaling $220,800 (reduction) and increases to finance and HR lines that were approved.
