Jeff Kilpatrick, who nominated Rosno, praised her work at the meeting: "Alicia is a shining example of the good service and good work that she does every day, to better our community." A representative identified as Taryn also thanked Rosno and noted her role in the county’s competency project.
The board presented Rosno with a plaque and recorded appreciation for her "dedication, compassion, and problem solving," saying her work demonstrated high standards of service and advocacy.
