The Yankton County Planning Commission approved the Plat of Tract 1, Bicoff Addition, a minor plat that combines two parcels in the northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 93 North, Range 57 West, Fifth Principal Meridian.
Planning staff explained the applicants recently purchased two adjacent parcels and combined them so an existing building that had straddled the lot line would be entirely on a single parcel and therefore conforming to setback requirements. No members of the public offered comment during the hearing.
A commissioner moved approval; the motion was seconded and carried on a roll-call vote with all voting in favor (Hubert: Yes; Loast: Yes; Kettering: Yes; Hummel: Yes; Welsh: Yes; Clark: Yes). The planner will file the recorded plat per county procedures.
