The council adopted Ordinance 0055-2025, authorizing the mayor to enter a contract with Elite Excavating Company of Ohio, Inc. for the 2025 street rebuild and waterline project (ST-1116). Council considered and approved a substitute Exhibit A amendment before adopting the ordinance by unanimous roll call.
