Jennifer Imbara, a job developer with Fairfax County Employer Engagement, said the board (jobs.vcwnorthern.com) gives employers “full autonomy to create postings, update postings, [and] pause those postings,” and that the service is free to employers and job seekers. Kellen Graves, the team supervisor, also emphasized the platform’s cost-free access during opening remarks.
